Syntalyze
A production ML-driven customer engagement platform with sophisticated orchestration. RAG-ML chat is just the customer-facing surface, over an authoring CMS, multi-format ingestion, Voice-of-Customer analytics and codeless workflow automation. Now with a 14-minute film and a six-minute cut, shot entirely on the live platform.
Sidelore
A subscription app that helps A-level students build an intellectual life outside the syllabus, and remembers it for them. The parent pays and the student owns the record; a minor’s privacy is enforced by row-level security in the database, not by convention. Live eight days after the first commit.
Aurum
A concierge platform built to move first. It reads the obligations already sitting in a client’s life, works out what has to happen before it becomes urgent, and arrives with the arrangement rather than a form; with a data promise, an anonymous discovery path and a payment model that are enforced in the architecture rather than asserted in the marketing.
Plenio
EU AI Act compliance middleware. Puts a named human back into the loop at the moment AI output influences a decision, and records that moment as immutable, audit-defensible evidence.
Service transformation: US fixed-wireless ISP
Diagnosed knowledge and service gaps across a national operator: 5,560 calls analysed, a cost model of the real call drivers, a ranked quick-win backlog and a service maturity model to steer the programme.
